The Ottawa Association of Law Clerks (OALC) established in 1989, is an association for law clerks in Ottawa and the surrounding area.
The objectives of OALC are to raise the profile of law clerks in the legal profession by:
- Providing continuing legal education to law clerks through seminars
- Acting as support / network group
- Providing information on employment opportunities
- Disseminating information on various legal issues relating to law clerks as they arise
OALC is an unassociated not-for-profit organization run by volunteers. The founding members and members of the executive committee are:
